Excellent Opportunity for a Contracts Manager to work for a leading affordable housing contractor on large external projects in London.

Position: Contracts Manager - Social Housing Refurbishment

Package: £70k - £80k + Package

Company Overview: Our client is the leading main contractor specialising in the affordable housing sector.

Within social housing they are market leaders in both planned refurbishment and new build projects. They are a provider and partner of choice for clients and customers alike and offer a complete and comprehensive service to RSL's.

Position: Due to continued success and growth, they are seeking a Contracts Manager to work in their refurbishment division. While they undertake internal refurbishment projects, most of their work is externals including large cladding contracts, roofing, windows and roofs. Work is predominately Design & Build.

Individual: You will have a strong track record within the affordable housing sector with a reputable contractor, preferably on refurbishment work. Experience on external works would be a huge advantage and design & build experience is essential.

You will have previously experience working as a Contracts Manager running multiple projects and have a can do attitude.
