*    Part time, Monday - Wednesday (8:00 am to 4:30 pm)
*    39 Weeks per year (term time, INSET days, plus two holiday weeks)

The Role

This is a varied role where you'll take on a range of responsibilities, from managing the reception area to providing essential administrative support. You will assist with daily tasks that ensure the smooth running of the school office and maintain accurate attendance records.

Key Responsibilities:

*    Act as the school's receptionist and first point of contact for parents, students, visitors, and staff
*    Safeguard and promote the welfare of children and young people
*    Assist with the smooth operation of the school office, handling queries from parents, students, and the general public
*    Maintain accurate pupil attendance records, including following up on absences and compiling reports
*    Provide general administrative support, including typing, filing, and handling deliveries
*    Prepare and circulate documents to parents, and assist in compiling pupil packs
*    Support the School Secretary and cover for them when necessary
*    Manage visitor parking and assist with school events

*    Prior experience in a similar administrative role
*    Excellent customer service and communication skills
*    Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite

*    Willingness to undertake first aid training
