What You'll Do

As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll play a key role in managing the commercial aspects of projects, ensuring maximum value and efficiency while building strong client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

* Conducting regular site visits and liaising with production teams.

* Preparing and reviewing tenders, offering value-engineered solutions.

* Providing cost advice, managing variations, and ensuring proper documentation.

* Overseeing project finances, including forecasting and debt risk analysis.

* Collaborating with procurement, finance, and safety teams to drive success.

* Allocating work to subcontractors and assisting in procurement when needed.

* Ensuring health, safety, and quality standards are met at every stage.

What We're Looking For

To excel in this role, you'll need:

* Educational Qualifications:

* Minimum GCSEs (7 A-C / 5-9, including Maths and English).

* 3 A-Levels (Grade B or above) or equivalent BTEC.

* HNC Level 4 Qualification in Construction/Building or equivalent.

* Professional Experience: Relevant experience as a Quantity Surveyor.

* Skills:

* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

* Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

* Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.

* Ability to analyse information and solve problems effectively.
