Pertemps are working exclusively with a long standing client who are seeking to appoint a Customer Support Co-ordinator based within their busy HQIf you are seeking a role within a fast paced rewarding environment, then look no further!Duties:Work along side current existing clients to arrange annual servicing and certificatesSchedule a service engineers and provide regular updates for next jobsMonitor the service email inboxGenerate and send invoices to customersEnhance overall customer satisfactionPrepare overall quotes and obtain client approvalCollaborate closely with clients’ customer care teamsAddress customer complaints and ensure they are resolved within the target timeframeThis role would highly suit someone with exceptional customer service and organisational skills.
