Service Coordinator

£25,000 to £30,000 per annum, Permanent, 08:00 to 16:30 M-F (flexibility available), BS5Fishponds, Bristol, Holiday, pension, parking plus more.

Established in 1997, a new opportunity has arisen within a leading independent engineering business as an Service coordinator. Working within an office team of 4 alongside a service manager ,supporting domestic and commercial contracts across the South West, this role will see you working within a friendly and personable environment where team work is key. This service administrator position will see you :

Allocation of engineers, coordinating engineers and scheduling work
Working with an engineering manager to coordinate engineers
Processing and Part orders of engineering parts required
Email correspondence
Invoicing and filling
Maintaining client database
to work alongside a service manager to help organise engineer and plan daily schedules
Assisting the wider team with general administration

The successful service coordinator will have a need to hold excellent attention to detail and be able to prioritise your work load managing queries or urgent matters. You will need to be confident using Microsoft programs and additional CRM system experienced would be beneficial but not essential for this role as full training will be provided. This would be the ideal role for someone who has worked as a service administrator, contracts administrator or contracts coordinator. Experience within engineering environments would be beneficial.
