As they continue to expand, they're now looking to strengthen their pre-construction team with a driven Estimator — whether you're early in your career or already have a few years under your belt, this is a brilliant opportunity to develop and grow with the business.

About the Role

As Estimator, you'll work closely with the directors and wider team to prepare accurate and competitive tenders for interior fit out and refurbishment projects ranging from £100k to £3m.

You'll be involved in the full pre-construction process — reviewing drawings and specs, preparing take-offs, issuing enquiries to subcontractors, and helping build compelling proposals that win work.

If you're a junior candidate, you'll receive support and mentorship. If you're more experienced, you'll have the autonomy to take ownership and help refine processes.

The key responsibilities include but aren't limited to:

* Analyse drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate tenders

* Send out and manage subcontractor enquiries

* Prepare take-offs and bills of quantities

* Assist with pricing variations and value engineering

* Work closely with Directors, Project Managers, and Quantity Surveyors

* Help maintain and develop internal pricing databases and tender libraries
