Just Recruitment is working with a growing organisation looking to add a Service Administrator to their team based in Haverhill.

You will be responsible for scheduling and planning jobs, liaising with the project team and checking delivery lead times.

Duties include:

Liaising with Projects team for Engineer availability
Ordering van stock when required
Organising Sub contractor if required
Submit payments for invoicing
Checking delivery lead times and fees
Quoting remedial works if applicable
Allocating stock on the system to correct engineer
Distributing parts to engineer collection point
Taking incoming calls

8am - 5pm
