HR Advisor - Stourport - Part-Time - Salary to discussed DOE

Join Our Team as a Part-time HR Advisor!

Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting HR processes? We're looking for a Part-time HR Advisor for our Manufacturing Client in Stourport.

The successful HR Advisor will support the team across recruitment, employee relations, and general HR administration.

If you have a strong work ethic, great time management skills, and a desire to contribute to a dynamic environment, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment

* Write and update job descriptions

* Post advertisements and update job boards

* Keep the company website up-to-date with job openings

* Coordinate interview schedules

* Prepare job offers and contracts

Inductions

* Conduct Right to Work checks

* Lead employee induction sessions

Employee Relations

* Monitor absences and conduct Return to Work interviews (liaising with H&S as necessary)

* Apply the Bradford Factor for absence management

* Take notes for disciplinary, grievance, and welfare meetings as needed

* Conduct exit interviews and provide related reporting

General HR Administration

* Maintain employee files and paperwork

* Support the integrated QUENSH system, updating policies and processes as required

* Update and support managers with training matrices

* Manage HR spreadsheets and general administrative tasks

* Handle additional ad hoc tasks as required

Requirements

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel

* Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot

* Excellent time management and organizational skills

* Ability to work proactively and use initiative

* Strong communication skills and team orientation

* Previous experience in administration is essential

* Experience in a factory setting is an advantage

* Positive energy, enthusiasm, and a strong work ethic
