Our client based in Guildford are seeking a Sales Support Administrator, to support their busy sales teams with requests. As a Sales Support Temp your mission is to support sites by ensuring timely assessment of customer requests, customer detail checks and help customers with queries and putting together contracts.

Duties:

Building relationships with other sites sending through customer requests
Processing requests in line with company policy ensuring information is accurate
Always ensure excellent customer service
Manage complaints and direct to relevant person
Ensure documentation held on file is accurate
Use the database and internal system to input dataRequirements:

Proven experience in a sales environment
Strong communication skills
Experience building relationships with customers
