What You'll Be Doing:

You'll be the go-to expert for customers, offering advice and guidance on innovative products.
Whether it's helping them choose the right solution or troubleshooting technical issues, you'll ensure every customer interaction is a positive one.
You'll use your problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve issues related to product application, ensuring our customers get the best results every time.
 Your ability to connect with people will help you build strong, lasting relationships with our customers, ensuring they keep coming back for more.
You'll keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and product innovations, sharing your knowledge with the team and helping our client stay at the forefront of the market.
Who We're Looking For:

You will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role, ideally with a technical focus. 
Familiarity with design software and an understanding of product application processes will set you up for success in this role.
You'll need to be an excellent communicator, able to explain complex design information in a clear and concise way.
We're looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about helping customers and can deliver outstanding service every time.
