Recruitment Solutions are currently working with an industry leading business. Due to a staff holiday, we are looking for an enthusiastic & friendly receptionist to join the team on a temporary basis. Receptionists are the first image of a company for all contractors and visitors, therefore the ideal candidate must have experience in a customer facing role

Key Responsibilities:

* Greeting colleagues, contractors & visitors

* Issuing access cards where required

* Answering switchboard phone

* Responding to emails

* Booking meeting rooms & arranging food & refreshments

* Any other associated tasks, as required by the business

Candidate Expectations:

* Previous experience working in a customer facing role is essential

* Friendly & bubbly personality

* Self motivated & able to prioritise your own time / workload

* Experience of working in an office environment

Working Days, Hours & Salary:

* Monday - Wednesday

* 08:30am - 2:30pm (some flexibility can be offered)

* £12 per hour

* NOTE - This is only a temporary contract, expected to last 4 weeks
