Regional Sales Manager - Food Wholesale - Birmingham, South Wales, Southwest

£50,000 + Bonus + Car

This role isn't for the faint-hearted because these aren't your average products—this is all about Food and FMCG, and as Regional Sales Manager, your mission is simple: grow sales and profits.

Easy, right?

You'll be managing a team of Area Sales Managers across the South Division (think Birmingham, South Wales, and the South West).

The Role

You'll need to lead and motivate your team to hit targets, keep margins in check, and keep the customers coming back for more.
That means you'll be in the field with your team, making sure they're on top of their game and delivering a service that's as good as the products.
And yes, you'll be leading from the front—with key accounts, too.
