Job title: Town Planner

Rate: Dependant on experience

Role:

The successful candidate will play a critical role in project management of residential led/mixed use development projects.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Manage a portfolio of projects for the timely delivery of high quality, large scale and/or complex development through the planning system.
Commission and oversee capital works contracts, supported by technical colleagues, required to de-risk sites.
Drafting and presenting high quality approval papers to obtain committee and board approval.
Engage with the wider resource and skills colleagues and other relevant partner agencies and stakeholders.

Essential requirements:

Qualified to degree level or suitable professional qualification/membership of relevant professional body
Extensive experience at a senior level in a relevant sector
Experience of risk mitigation strategies.
