About the Role:We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Head Damp Proofing Contractor to lead projects and inspire a team in West or North London. This role combines hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities to deliver exceptional results across various damp proofing and waterproofing projects.

What You’ll Do:As a hands-on leader, you’ll blend technical expertise with team management to achieve top-tier results.

• Hands-On Work:

  • Perform damp proofing, timber treatment, and waterproofing to the highest standards.
  • Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations.

• Team Leadership:

  • Manage and guide a skilled team, fostering growth and productivity.
  • Conduct training, team meetings, and performance evaluations.

• Project Oversight:

  • Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
  • Conduct quality checks to maintain excellence.

• Administrative Duties:

  • Plan and allocate resources effectively.
  • Keep accurate records and collaborate with the admin team for seamless operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Extensive experience in damp proofing, timber treatment, and waterproofing.
• Proven leadership in a construction or damp proofing setting.
• Strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities.
• A full UK driving license.

Preferred:

• Certifications in damp proofing, waterproofing, or timber treatment.
• Health and safety qualifications.
