Project Manager - Pump Division

Location: Sheffield

Salary: £45,000 - £49,000

Are you ready to lead and manage exciting projects within our Pump Division? We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee operational, financial, and customer-focused strategies from start to finish. This role is all about ensuring our projects are planned, managed, and controlled to perfection.

What You'll Do:

* Take charge of the project's P&L, budget, and commercial responsibilities, including cash flow and collections.

* Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

* Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and stored properly, including order entries on our CRM system.

* Manage project schedules, resources, and logistics to ensure everything runs smoothly and on time.

* Keep all stakeholders informed and involved, implementing changes and reporting progress as needed.

What We're Looking For:

* 5+ years of proven experience in Project Management, ideally within the wastewater industry.

* A self-motivated individual with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.

* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to inspire and lead a team.

* Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and experience in driving projects to success.
