Secondary Maths Teacher - Merseyside

Pay: £130 - £190 per day (depending on experience)
Location: Secondary schools across Merseyside
Start Date: September 2025 (or earlier for the right candidate)
Contract Type: Full-time, long-term (potential for permanent)
DBS Check: Enhanced

We're looking for a qualified Maths Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Merseyside. The right candidate will have a solid understanding of the curriculum and a desire to help pupils gain confidence with maths in real and relevant ways.

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver maths lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 if applicable)
• Plan lessons that make topics accessible, engaging, and relevant
• Monitor progress, assess learning, and provide targeted feedback
• Support students through interventions where required
• Help raise attainment and develop strong numeracy across the school
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share resources and ideas
• Participate in wider school activities and development opportunities
