Customer Administrator

We are looking for a customer administrator to join a growing and highly successful business based in Watford.
This company are top of their game in what they do and are currently looking to bring on board a new member of their customer queries team. This role will involve dealing with a whole array of different issues including billing and invoicing!
Somebody with a key eye for detail and very clear communication skills would fit this customer administrator role perfectly!
This is working in a fun, busy and enthusiastic team so a likeminded individual would be great
Duties include:
- Processing customer requests
- Taking inbound calls and making outbound calls
- Liaising with internal teams
- Processing invoices
