Overview:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated and career-driven Site Manager or a Senior Engineer looking to transition into a Site Management role. The successful candidate will join a supportive and experienced team on a small-scale groundworks project near Reading.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring project delivery on time and within budget.

Manage subcontractors, materials, and plant.

*

Maintain high standards of health & safety and ensure compliance with site regulations.

*

Coordinate with engineers, quantity surveyors, and clients to ensure smooth delivery.

*

Report progress to senior management and attend regular site meetings.

Requirements:

*

Previous experience in groundworks projects.

*

Ideally 2-5 years' site experience in a management or senior engineering capacity.

*

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

*

Strong understanding of health & safety practices.

*

British Passport essential due to site-specific security protocols.
