Park Avenue are working with a Local Authority in search of a Head of Temporary Accommodation. You'll be leading a team of c40 staff, including Team Managers, Supply and Contracts Officers, and Temporary Accommodation Housing Managers.

You'll be at the heart of the Housing Demand Directorate's Senior Management Team, ensuring that all temporary accommodation for homeless households is compliant, well-maintained, and meets high standards.

Key points of focus will be continuous improvement, policy development, and creating a customer-focused service, while also collaborating with key partners to optimise temporary accommodation management.
