A prestigious law firm in Central London is seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitoror Chartered Legal Executive to join its expanding disputes team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a broad range of civil and commercial litigation matters, providing expert legal advice to private and business clients.

The Role

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of both civil and commercial litigation, including:

• Contract disputes and breach of contract claims.
• Property litigation, including landlord & tenant disputes.
• Debt recovery and enforcement proceedings.
• Shareholder, partnership, and director disputes.
• Professional negligence and commercial fraud matters.
• Interim injunctions and urgent court applications.
• Representing clients in County Court and High Court proceedings.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales (NQ - 5 years PQE+).
• Strong experience in civil and commercial litigation with the ability to handle a varied caseload.
• Knowledge of CPR and County Court/High Court procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Business development skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
