CLAIMS EXECUTIVE
IPSWICH + Hybrid Working
up to £35,000 DoE

The Opportunity:
I am excited to be working with a well-established, nationwide commercial Insurance brokerage who, due to a recent acquisition is in a position to grow their personable team of Claims Executive. You would be working in conjunction with the Head of Claims to ensure a smooth client journey through the claims process.

Responsibilities:

To effectively and pro-actively administer and negotiate claims settlements on behalf of clients.
Negotiating to reach the best settlement possible for our clients whilst maintaining a good relationship with insurers.
To provide support and assistance to the claims manager for any duties assigned to you.
To deal with telephone enquiries and refer the call to the appropriate person.
Liaise and advise clients colleagues and advise on Claims.
Develop and maintain good relations with partner insurers and suppliers.
To adhere to claims service standard of new claims handled within 2 days of receipt and post handled within 5 days of receipt.
Provide accurate technical advice on policy coverage and explain the claims process dependant on the insurer involved.Person Specification:

Insurance claims experience, ideally within a Commercial environment.
Cert CII highly preferred
Acturis experience preferred
Ability to form and sustain relationships with internal and external stakeholdersBenefits:
