About the Role: As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, your primary focus will be on supporting students with additional needs, ensuring they have access to an inclusive and supportive learning environment. You will collaborate with teaching staff to adapt lessons and strategies, helping each student overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

Challenging Behaviour Experience: Experience working with students who exhibit challenging behaviour is essential, ideally within a SEN school setting.
Passion for SEN Support: A deep commitment to helping students with special educational needs.
Adaptability and Patience: The ability to remain calm and patient in challenging situations, while effectively adapting support strategies to meet individual needs.
Collaborative Spirit: Strong teamwork skills are crucial as you will work closely with teachers, support staff, and external professionals to provide the best possible support.
