Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensuring timely and accurate of all invoices
• Building and maintaining good work relationships with external clients
• Approving invoices in line with client protocol
• Provide regular AR reporting to clients where needed
• Dealing with invoices queries and responding in a timely manner
• Processing credit card payments
• Reviewing and understanding clients billing protocol
• Auditing client invoices
• Monday to Friday - 9 - 5 (flexi time offered)

Profile

Successful candidate will possess:

• Worked in similar background before
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Microsoft proficient
• Ability to work to timed deadlines

Job Offer

Salary up to £30,000 per annum + 28 days annual leave (plus banks option to 5 buy more) + 5% Pension + Free on site parking + Work from home.
