Working on commercial refurbishment projects valued £1 - £10 million, with a focus on CAT A fit out.

Responsibilities for Site Manager:

Acting as No.2 on site
Communication with sub contractors
Day to day Client interaction
Ensuring health & safety is followed on siteRequirements for Site Manager:

Happy to travel around Milton Keynes, Cambridge and Reading
Experience working on projects valued £1 - £10 million
CAT A and commercial fit out experience
Enthusiastic, knowledgeable and driven to deliver What we offer for Site Manager:

Salary £35,000 - £40,000
