Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor

Our client is a leading name within the Asbestos industry, with a strong presence across the South East of England. They are seeking an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to cover a variation of client contracts both within and around the M25, as such, applicants must live within a commutable distance to the region. With over 2 decades of operating within the industry, you would be joining a well-established organisation, who can offer excellent salaries and packages

You will be travelling across: Erith, Dartford, Sidcup, Bromley, Orpington, Croydon, Gravesend, Sevenoaks, Oxted, Caterham, Redhill, Epsom, Kingston upon Thames, Woking, Hounslow, Richmond, Harrow, Wembley, Slough, Windsor, Harrow, Watford, Borehamwood, Potters Bar, Enfield, Cheshunt, Epping, Ilford, Barking, Romford, Dagenham, Rainham, Grays, Tilbury, Basildon, Wickford.

Experience / Qualifications:
- Applicants must have a proven record working as an Asbestos Surveyor within a well-established outfit
- Will be qualified with the P402 (BOHS or RSPH equivalent)
- Well-versed in UKAS and HSG 264 guidelines
- Strong written ability
- Comfortable using software such as: the Office suite, TEAMS and Tracker

The Role:
- Undertaking the full range of Management, Refurbishment and Demolition asbestos surveys
- Writing detailed and comprehensive reports, including schematic drawings and floor plans
- Safely collecting and bagging samples from site
- Meeting with clients on-site to discuss their requirements as well as advising on findings from surveys
- Servicing a range of commercial, domestic and public sector client sites
- Working to agreed deadlines and ensuring to be punctual to site
- Travelling as per company requirements
