Page 1 Recruitment are excited to be working in partnership with a well-established Homecare provider in Bootle. Due to a continued period of growth, our client is currently on the lookout for a Registered Manager to join their team.

About the role:

Reporting to the Head of Care as the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for:

* Staff supervision and appraisals

* Direct line management of 3 Care Coordinators

* Ensuring that the highest standard of care is always provided.

* Growing and building relationships with other health and social professionals, clients, local authorities, customers, and their families

* Networking and identifying potential opportunities to strengthen relationships with business-critical individuals as well as new business opportunities.

* Ensuring CQC regulations, company policies and practices are always maintained

* Making sure all medication requirements and needs are met

About You:

* Experience working as a Registered Manager within Homecare/Domiciliary Care

* Experience overseeing 1000+ hours of care a week

* RMA or NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)

* Experienced in leading, motivating and guiding a team

* Strong communication skills

* Knowledgeable around delivering a high standard of care

* Driver with a UK driving licence
