Lead the Way: Lead Practitioner - Adult Social Care Team (Lincolnshire)

Are you a highly experienced and motivated Social Worker ready to take on a leadership role? We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to become our Lead Practitioner within our Adult Social Care Team in Lincolnshire.

About the Role:

Provide expert social work practice, leading and mentoring a team of social workers.
Develop and implement innovative approaches to enhance the quality of service delivery.
Contribute to the strategic development and improvement of the team's performance.
Supervise and support social workers in their casework, providing guidance and expertise.
Promote best practice in adult social care, ensuring adherence to relevant legislation and regulations.
Act as a role model and champion for high-quality social work practice.

Requirements:

Registered with Social Care England.
Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience as a Social Worker.
Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within adult social care is essential.
Significant experience in direct social work practice with adults.
Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills.
Strong understanding of adult social care legislation and policy.
