The role will be based within the Shrewsbury office, with both full-time & part-tine being considered for the position. Salary will range between £50,000 & £60,000 for the successful candidiate

The Role

* Case management systems, with a proven ability to manage time-recording effectively

* Undertaking marketing & business development activity, building relationships with external stakeholders

* Working within Regional Commercial property market, understanding it's challnges & opportunities

* Law Society Conveyancing Quality Scheme

* Ability to produce work to tight deadlines under pressure

* Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to take responsibility for administerial tasks & work methodically
