Our client, a reputable provider of care services, is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Registered Manager to oversee a 6-bed care home for individuals with learning disabilities. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to lead a team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents.

Role Responsibilities:

* Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the care home, delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

* Maintain compliance with all CQC regulations and standards.

* Develop and implement personalised care plans, working closely with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

* Lead, mentor, and develop the care team to foster a supportive and dynamic working environment.

* Liaise with external stakeholders to enhance service delivery and ensure the best outcomes for residents.

Candidate Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Registered Manager or similar leadership role within a learning disabilities care setting.

* NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).

* Current CQC registration.

* Strong leadership and communication skills, with a commitment to delivering exceptional care.

* Thorough understanding of CQC standards, safeguarding, and care regulations.
