Are you a passionate Town Planner with a keen interest in shaping the future of urban spaces? We are currently representing an exciting opportunity for a Town Planner to join a well-established and highly respected Planning Practice in central London.

This is a fantastic chance to work within a collaborative and dynamic environment, where you'll be involved in a variety of urban planning projects across the UK, ranging from large-scale regeneration schemes to mixed-use developments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert planning advice to clients, supporting projects from inception to completion.
  • Prepare and submit planning applications, appeals, and statements, ensuring compliance with current legislation and planning policies.
  • Engage with local authorities, stakeholders, and communities to build relationships and secure successful planning outcomes.
  • Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and policy reviews.
  • Assist in managing projects and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve successful planning results.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • A relevant planning degree (e.g., RTPI accredited).
  • Experience in town planning or urban design, ideally within the private sector.
  • Strong knowledge of UK planning law, policy, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
  • A collaborative and client-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills.
