We are currently recruiting a Senior Sales Consultant for a?family owned luxury furniture retailer?for their store in Kidderminster. The retailer has a stable and secure history of being family owned and operated and is currently going through a fantastic period of growth. The ideal Senior Sales Consultant: -?Must have a minimum of three years' experience in face to face, furniture sales - Be extremely personable and able to develop immediate customer rapport - Be confident and highly motivated - Be someone who is a high achiever with a proven track record of consistent sales performance. The successful Sales Consultant can look forward to being part of an on-going growth plan within an award winning company that truly?Rewards, Recognises & Invests?in your career development, both financially and progressively.  No 12-14 hour days, new store openings, genuine customer service rather than KPI approach to selling, the Harrods of the Midlands.

Basic salary £20-£22k+ plus guarantees + individual commission, uncapped OTE £35k - £40k, commission from 1-4% and paid on order, not delivery of furniture to customer.
