The Role:

This is a long-term contract with consistent Monday-to-Friday work, and the opportunity to take on additional weekend shifts if you're looking for more hours. You'll be an essential part of our Clean Water team, contributing to projects that support water infrastructure across the region.

- Deep Excavation
- Safe Dig
- Plant tickets

Job Role:
- Excavating and installing clean water infrastructure such as pipelines and tanks.
- Carrying out civil works, including trenching, reinstatement, and groundwork.
- Maintaining water hygiene standards during installations and repairs.
- Operating machinery safely (if applicable).
- Ensuring compliance with SHEA Water and Water Hygiene standards on all work.
- Problem-solving in real-time to keep the job moving smoothly.
- Collaborating with your team and following daily instructions from project managers and supervisors.

Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience in the Clean Water sector.
- Hold the required Shea Water, Water Hygiene, and Machine accreditations.
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- Reliable, motivated, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
