About the role

We are recruiting for Operations Clerks within our Warehouse Team. As a Warehouse Operations Clerk, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the administration of your department is completed as well as supporting the department with any operational activities as required. There will also be times when you will need to support the Warehouse team.

You’ll work closely with the Senior Operations Clerks, Team Managers to ensure that all paperwork within your team is completed accurately & goods within the warehouse function are received properly.

You will ensure that all Warehouse Operatives are communicated to with relevant information, and support with equipment queries.

Role Responsibility

• Controlling the order capture process from stores and monitoring the transfer into Exceed Boms/Foms
• Actioning late picks and complete ready for loading
• Monitoring FLT work
• Completing store mark outs once authorised by Line Manager
• Running store invoices in accordance with SLA\'s
• Issuing kit to associates
• Resolving any AMT/HHT lockouts
• Resolving fresh abandoned pallets
• Printing pick sheets from Cache and WMS

You will need

• Reach Truck licence (desirable)
• PC Literate - especially Excel
• Ability to analyse verbal and numeric data
• Able to work on own initiative and under pressure
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a constantly changing environment

40 hours contract

Sunday to Thursdays 4am - 12pm/Monday - Thursdays 6am - 12pm/Fridays 4am - 12pm
