US Demand Planner - 14 month FTC (Maternity Cover)

I'm working with a global business to support with a US Demand Planner role. This position is a Fixed Term Contract for 14 months due to wanting a handover period & continuity.

Job Purpose

Leading the monthly demand forecasting process across the North America and Canada region.

Ensuring that the business has a single, quality demand forecast and that the right stakeholders understand the numbers, risks and opportunities in order to make sound business decisions.

Responsibilities

* Leading the monthly S&OP process across the US and Canada:

* Analysis of historical EPOS/Sage/customer sales, orders received/invoiced, customer forecasts and ordering pattern data to map and predict future demand trends.

* Work cross functionally with sales team to look at promotional plans, new customer listings and range extensions etc.

* Work collaboratively with Supply Chain planners to analyze supply plans and SKU categorisation
