Technical Coordinator

Location - Waltham Cross

Skilled Careers are currently working alongside a leading contractor who are recruiting for a Technical Coordinator to join the legacy works team. The £1 Billion turnover contractor are expanding the team as they take on more work in a prevalent part of today's market. The technical coordinator will look after schemes across London and required to be office based when not travelling to sites. You will be joining a growing team and given the opportunity to developer within the residential contracting market.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate Technical and design processes, design teams and subcontractors throughout detail design, procurement and construction, monitoring progress to ensure delivery on time and in budget

Technical design coordination of schemes, ensuring that the maximum revenue is generated by the quality, cost effectiveness and buildability of the design

Assisting Technical Managers with reviewing of consultant's detail design drawings and subcontractor designs

Coordinating consultants and their deliverables driving a high standard

Ensuring that designs comply with Company's standards

Promoting design that respects budgetary constraints

Salary & Package:

£55,000 - £65,000
