Our client is currently recruiting for a Paraplanner to join a well-established Financial Planning team in London on an 18-month fixed-term contract, with the potential to go permanent.

Salary: Up to £55,000 plus annual discretionary bonus

The Role:
As a Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in supporting Financial Advisors by preparing high-quality reports, managing client data, and ensuring the efficient delivery of financial planning services. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Report Preparation: Prepare, complete, and deliver client reports and annual reviews to the highest standards.
- Advisor Support: Implement requests from Advisors promptly and efficiently.
- Data Management: Gather and record client data using Intelligent Office, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Client Communication: Engage with clients and third parties both face-to-face and remotely as needed.
- Collaboration: Work closely with administration support and manage workflows effectively.
- Technical Support: Develop and maintain technical support processes, contributing to the continuous improvement of services.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualification: Candidates must be Level 4 qualified (Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent).
- Experience: Strong experience in a paraplanning role within financial services.
- Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Technology: Proficiency with financial planning software, particularly Intelligent Office.
