Opportunity for a Finance Analyst to join a leading property investment company on a 6 month contract basis. Based in London, you will be supporting the commercial finance team.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting annual Budget and quarterly forecasting process
• Providing financial support to aid decision making
• Preparing monthly analysis on operational performance
• Producing monthly reporting
• Producing cashflow analysis
• Ad hoc tasks as required

The candidate:

• Qualified accountant
• Experience of management accounting, ideally practice trained BAS or industry qualified
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines
• Team player
• Advanced IT skills
