What You’ll Do: As a Portfolio Accountant at Rendall & Rittner, you will:
- Take charge of the accuracy and integrity of accounting records for your designated portfolio.
- Prepare and review year-end accounts and liaise with external auditors.
- Monitor cash flow, manage service charge demands, and handle P&L and balance sheet reports.
- Work with advanced accounting software (Propman is desirable) and MS Excel.
- Review financial reports, prepare variance analyses, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
What We’re Looking For: - Significant accounting experience with a recognized qualification (CIMA, ACCA, AAT, or equivalent).
- Strong experience in property management accounting, including service charge management.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with audit processes and statutory accounts, ideally within the property sector.
