The Role:
As a Quality Inspector, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our clients reputation for precision and craftsmanship. You will be responsible for inspecting incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure they meet the highest quality standards expected in bespoke automotive manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct inspections on incoming goods, in-process components, and finished products against engineering drawings and specifications.

* Utilize precision measurement tools to verify dimensional accuracy and quality.

* Document and report any non-conformances, working closely with production and engineering teams to implement corrective actions.

* Collaborate with suppliers to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality materials.

* Maintain accurate and thorough inspection records.

* Support the development and implementation of quality control processes to improve overall efficiency and performance.

* Uphold health and safety standards within the inspection environment.

What We're Looking For:

* Strong attention to detail with a meticulous approach to work.

* Proven experience in quality inspection, ideally within the automotive or manufacturing sector.

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

* Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

* A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a “can-do” attitude.

* Team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Desirable:

* Experience with composite materials or bespoke manufacturing processes.

* Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001.

* Familiarity with ERP systems or digital inspection tools.
