Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and passionate Registered Children's Care Home Manager'S to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of care for our residents. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the care home, including staff supervision, regulatory compliance, and the development and implementation of care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the care home.

* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

* Lead, mentor, and support a team of care staff.

* Develop and implement individualized care plans for each child.

* Foster a positive and inclusive environment for residents and staff.

* Liaise with external agencies, families, and other stakeholders.

* Manage budgets and resources effectively.

Requirements:

* Registered Manager with relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care).

* Proven experience in a similar role within a children's care setting.

* Strong leadership and management skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

* In-depth knowledge of relevant regulations and best practices.
