OFSTED Registered Manager

On behalf of an established OFSTED provider, I am recruiting a dedicated registered manager to oversee the day to day running of their welcoming and settled residential care home in Coventry.

Position: OFSTED Registered Manager
Salary: Up to £55,000 (depending on experience)
Location: Coventry

Minimum Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People's Services.
Ideally, hold a relevant Level 5 qualification or be committed to securing this upon appointment.
Strong people management skills.
Exceptional OFSTED knowledge and experience.
Flexibility to share on-call duties.
