I'm looking for a passionate and skilled designer with 3D experience to join a dynamic creative team based in Milton Keynes.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of creating immersive and visually stunning 3D assets that bring ideas to life. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Design and develop 3D models, textures, and environments for a variety of digital platforms, including marketing campaigns and interactive media.

* Bring your designs to life through 3D animation and rendering. You'll create motion graphics and dynamic visual effects that communicate key messages effectively.

* Keep up with industry trends, new tools, and technologies in 3D design.

* A diverse portfolio that showcases your 3D design and animation skills, demonstrating your technical expertise and creativity.

* Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Blender, Autodesk Maya, Cinema 4D, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects). Additional experience in Unity or Unreal Engine is a plus.

* Strong verbal and written communication skills. You can clearly articulate design concepts and ideas to clients and team members, providing constructive feedback and making adjustments as necessary.

* A proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality. Collaboration is key, and you thrive in a team environment where ideas flow freely.
