We have an opportunity for an Estimator to join a fast-growing general construction company who undertake a range of education and industrial/ commercial new build and refurbishment schemes.
You will be working in a small estimating team, with the guidance of an experienced Head of Estimating
They are looking for a mid-level Estimator who is looking to expand their career and help to grow the company further.
The Role - Estimator
As an Estimator, you will be joining a team of 3 working on a mix of new build and refurbishment general contracting schemes
You will be based from their offices close to Milton Keynes with site visits
Applicant requirements Estimator
* Must have experience doing site inspections, measures, take offs, programmes, clarifications, and pricing construction projects.
* Experience using estimating software would be beneficial.
* You could be a Quantity Surveyor who is looking to move into Estimating
