The Role
As a Planner, you will play a key role in coordinating and managing operational processes, ensuring efficiency in planning and production. This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a passion for high-quality food, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team, providing direction and meaningful feedback.
Work closely with culinary teams to break down dishes and input recipes into internal systems.
Maintain and update ERP systems, ensuring accurate recipe, pricing, and galley plan data.
Collect dish weights and create delivery and packing plans.
Calculate and review Bill of Materials (BOM).
Solve operations and production-related issues efficiently.
Assist in producing operational reports as required.
Identify ways to improve processes, increase efficiency, and exceed targets.
Maintain strong working relationships with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders.

🔹 Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
🔹 Must have the right to work in the UK.
