Role Responsibilities - Lead audit engagements from planning through to completion, working closely with clients to understand their businesses
- Prepare high-quality audit work papers and financial statements in line with compliance and regulatory standards
- Supervise, support and review the work of junior staff on assignments, promoting development through on-the-job coaching and feedback
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional service with a proactive approach
- Work with audit managers and partners to deliver a seamless audit process and spot opportunities for added value

Required Skills - ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Proven experience in a similar audit role within practice
- Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and audit standards
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients and team members
- A problem-solving attitude and willingness to take ownership of your work
