Hardware Test Manager:

* Strategic thinker with background across electronics, mechanical and software testing, within a complex engineering product development environment

* Strong understanding of test automation and testing for all aspects of electronic and RF equipment

* Strengths in motivational leadership in a fast paced collaborative cross-functional engineering environment

* Ability to drive technical direction in multi-disciplinary engineering teams

* Lead a team of 25-30 cross-functional Engineers with 4 Department Leads as direct reports

* Develop & implement test strategy for all aspects of electronics and RF equipment test

Role: Hardware Test Manager
Location: Cambridge
