Salary: £19,500 per annum

Employer description: We're the UK's largest business water retailer, providing organisations of all sizes with billing, account management, meter reading and water efficiency services.

Overview: We are now looking for an eager candidate to join us as an apprentice. Your overall purpose will be to support the development of Water Plus digital data capabilities to support business understanding of performance, opportunities and drive customer centric decisions when developing external digital services. 

Salary: £19,500 per annum.

Key Responsibilities: You will work across the digital team to support business & performance analysis to: 

  • Carry out amendments and enhancements to pre-existing digital reporting and insight. 
  • Create new simple reports for the digital team using SQL and Power BI.
  • Monitor the digital services, and digital alerting, raising IT issues as appropriate and escalating as required.
  • Identify and highlight opportunities to improve our digital service, through great customer exp and lowering CTS.
  • Support analysis on project costs & measure success
  • Ensure our services meets the performance requirements set out in the Service Standard
  • Collect and present key performance data and analysis across external digital services

What we are looking for: Essential knowledge, experience, and skills:

  • Good attention to detail, with an analytical way of thinking 
  • Desire to build a career in a digital space
  • Able to work independently
  • Organised, able to manage own time effectively to meet deadlines
  • Good communicator both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Methodical and detail oriented
  • A strong focus on quality

Entry requirements:Standard entry:

  • Level 3 qualification (apprenticeship/A-levels/BTEC, etc)
  • OR equivalent work experience (typically two years in a relevant role)

Plus:

  • 5 GCSE's, including English and Maths at Grade 4 (C) or above 
  • Experience with using Excel and Microsoft products (or similar)

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
