Transport Administrator 08.00 - 16.00 VICTORIA
Challenge-trg are currently seeking an experienced, flexible, and determined character to work with one of our key clients in the drinks industry as a Transport Administrator.
This role is vital to the operations of the transport office and will need a motivated candidate to take on the responsibility. Must Have a Good knowledge of the Transport Industry.
Progression is a major part in this role with the possibility of being offered a permanent contract for a suitable candidate.
Details about the role:
Location - CV3 4GB (Candidates must be able to commute)
Shift Pattern - 08:00 - 16:00/Monday - Friday
(Must be flexible to cover alternative shifts if required)
Annual Salary - £25,500
Pay rate - £12.26
- Required to speak to drivers in the transport office (Driver debriefs)
- Organizing the transportation of products
- Maintaining records - Computer Literate
- Reporting any issues - Good understanding of English Language
- Good knowledge of WTD and Driver Infringements. Delayed deliveries etc.
- Using internal planning systems
- Working within a team

- Previous experience working within an admin role (Preferably in a transport environment)
- Knowledge of transport/logistics
- Reliable

- Willing to learn and adapt.
