The Role

As a Fabric Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in:

* Working across a commercial building, based in Oldbury, Birmingham.

* Working Monday - Friday, 40-hour week.

* Carrying out reactive maintenance - fabric repairs, carpentry, joinery, basic plumbing, light replacements, doors, remedial work on exsisting doors, patching etc.

About You

To be successful in the role of Fabric Engineer, you'll bring the following skills and experience:

* Experience in a multi-skilled maintenance / fabric role.

* Experience working in a commercial environment.
