Salary: £16.80 - £17.95 per hour

Exciting part-time opportunity to work for a fast-paced start-up brand in the FMCG space in a busy sales administration role with engagement with customers and suppliers and all internal departments.

Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to engaging with internal and external stakeholders to ensure maximum customer satisfaction is key. You will be the sort of person who thrives on responsibility and derives satisfaction from managing a variety of tasks and problem solving.

20-25hrs per week across 4-5 days

The Sales Administrator Benefits:

The Sales Administrator will be involved in:

  • Review and maintain order platforms.
  • Accept and process orders through the order management system.
  • Liaise with warehouse regarding stock management, shortages and customisations.
  • Upload delivery confirmations.
  • Manage and all elements of retailer promotions.
  • Deal with customer and retailer queries.
  • Quarterly analysis of sales figures and demand forecasting.
  • Updating product information, process changes, prices, images etc.
  • Close collaboration with the Operations Exec, MD and sales team, finance, and marketing

The Sales Administrator will have:

  • 3-5 years experience in sales administration or sales co-ordination including sales order processing.
  • Previous experience supplying retailers or on-line product sales desirable.
  • Detail orientated with 'right every time’ attitude
  • Must have good Excel skills and be competent creating spreadsheets with formulas.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven experience in staying calm under pressure and sorting problems with minimum fuss
  • Strong numerical skills with ability to analyse figures on spreadsheets.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to thrive in a busy environment and able to prioritise and work to deadlines
  • Flexible attitude and enjoys challenges and learning new things
